Description

  • Provide first-level support for IT service related queries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Create bug service ticket for internal dev teams
  • Communicate with stakeholders for potential service improvements
  • Training users
  • Create training materials
  • UAT and Go-Live support

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry is a plus
